When an account is set up full details
are sent to the client. This information includes
details on how to upload to web space and collect
email. Further support can be accessed via the
menu above depending on the Server Group Name (SGN).
Within that welcome information, under the heading
Support, the clients SGN will be quoted. If you
have misplaced this information then simply contact
us providing the domain name in question and
we will send a copy of the intial instructions
by return to the address held for that account.
